I live in NYC, where I am Senior VP, Research and Evaluation, of the Visiting Nurse of NY and Director of the VNSNY Center for Home Care Policy and Research. Before that, I was a faculty member of the Harvard School of Public Health and the Kennedy School of Government. My husband Roy and I have 3 grown sons, Noah (a professor at Harvard Law School), Simon (a professor of Philosophy at Connecticut College) and Ezra (a poet who just entered the PhD program in English at Cornell University). We also have 2 grandchildren --5 and 7 -- and we are fortunate that my mother, who will be 93 in December, lives near us in NYC. Of our classmates, I am in touch (all too infrequently) only with my cousin Phyllis Kamerow and with Brendel Wittman Lang, who lives in Cambridge, England.
