Karen Best-Hummitch was a long-time resident of Warsaw, Indiana. She worked as a machinist for an orthopedic device manufacturer and was a real estate agent, working for RE/MAX. She died on January 25, 2016, in Warsaw. She was survived by a brother, John Best of Florida, and three sons, David Blake of Warsaw; Michael Blake of Harrison, Michigan; and Daniel Morrisey of San Antonio, Texas.
