Bill Kogok died on October 5, 2012, at age 68.

He lived in Bethesda and was a well-respected business owner of over 40 years in the sheet metal industry and a proud member of the SMW Local 100. He spent much of his free time on his boat, enjoying the Chesapeake Bay. William N. Kogok, Sr., is survived by his son, Bill Jr., daughter and son-in-law Cindy and Tim Wenzlaff and their sons Austin and Wesley, daughter Carin and her son Joey, daughter Cheri, their mother Carol, his brother Bob, extended family members and his beloved and long time girlfriend Emily Biasini. His parents, Henry G. Kogok, Sr, and Gloria O. Kogok, and his brother, Henry G. Kogok, Jr. predeceased him.
