Tom graduated at the top of his class in 1964 from the College of Finance at Strayer Junior College and studied accounting at the Univ. of Maryland. He worked many years for Sidney Berger & Co, then started his own public accounting business, C. Thomas Fisher, LLC, to continue serving clients. He enjoyed target shooting, boating, fishing, and wood working, and most of all he enjoyed being with his family. He had a son, David (deceased), a daughter, Pamela, and two grandchildren. He died on December 21, 2020, and was survived by his wife, Barbara, daughter, grandchildren, and his brother, Robert Fisher, of Taylor, TX.
